At one time there was a 'House Builder' program that allowed folk to build new houses outside the game. I seriously like the one suggestion about making new house designs. A way to hire someone such as myself to safely design and deco a home as if I were the owner without the owner having to either a) give me their house or b) give me the 'keys' to their account.
